Our July spotlight highlights Hoops’ own Emily Thompson!

Emily has been a part of the Hoops family for years and we’ve loved watching her become her best self. Emily grew up on the basketball court and was able to play throughout high school and college at Mary Washington University. She’s got an impressive bio, and Hoops was a big part of it! She is excited to stay in the area and begin her teaching career this fall at Stone Bridge High School where she will also be the Girls Varsity Basketball Head Coach! We love this is old picture of Emily with Coach Ken, reminding of us the good ole days!
